Responsibilities:
Serve as a bridge between Product, Marketing and Customer Ops teams to bring new integrations and partnerships to market
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create and execute the product marketing strategy
Orchestrate product updates and launches related to integrations and partnerships
Draft positioning and messaging that differentiates us on the market
Be a product and integrations expert who knows the use-cases in detail
Research our competitors and market dynamics to spot opportunities or threats
Stay close to customers and help to circulate user feedback internally
Drive product demand and adoption through integrations and partnerships
Manage relationships with our partners from implementation to co-marketing
Create or inform product-led content and campaigns related to integrations and partnerships
2+ years in product marketing management roles at a B2B SaaS or related role
Highly strategic and able to see a plan executed from start to finish
Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
Great copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams
Familiar with marketing tactics (partnership marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, and others)
Excellent written and spoken English (native or C2)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with user research, customer experience or survey tools similar to Survicate
Experience driving technology partnerships
Proficient in using Mixpanel, Hubspot, Intercom or similar platforms
