Here at Survicate we’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product Marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS products. Your mission is to create a product marketing strategy for Survicate, execute it and measure the results. You will have the opportunity to hire your own team and coordinate other internal teams to execute the strategy. You will evolve the product marketing strategy as the product develops to cover more use-cases. Overall, you are the owner of all product marketing aspects and our fate is in your hands :)

Wymagania

  • 3+ years in a product marketing leadership role (or related)

  • Strong planning and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams

  • Familiar with marketing tactics like marketing campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, brand and social media

  • Great copywriting, storytelling and public speaking skills

  • Capable of writing articles and blog posts

  • Experience in running webinars, podcasts or video recordings

  • Excellent written and spoken English (native or C2)

Responsibilities

  • Create the product marketing strategy for the entire customer journey, from generating demand to reducing churn

  • Manage a team of PMM’s and coordinate other internal teams to execute the strategy

  • Have ownership over positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging

  • Interact with prospects and customers to understand the market in detail

  • Evangelize the product outside the organization through videos, webinars, podcasts, blog posts, events, and other communication channels

  • Work on co-marketing actions with partners like Intercom, Hubspot or FullStory

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) or customer research

  • Familiarity with survey or customer experience software similar to Survicate

  • Experience using Intercom, Hubspot and Mixpanel (or similar)
