Here at Survicate, we’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our Growth and Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will be helping to drive growth by improving conversion rates across the funnel - from acquisition (landing pages, viral loops), through engagement (new users activation, usage frequency) to retention and expansion.
Survicate is a customer research platform used by marketing, product and customer success teams from over 1000 global companies such as Hubspot, Spotify, Blizzard, Sendgrid, Atlassian and more. We are a product-led company, which means your work will matter big time.
You will be working directly with a seasoned Head of Growth who knows (almost) everything about stitching, cleaning, and making sense of huge datasets. Marketing automation, CRO and demand gen are also among his superpowers. You will be working closely with marketing, product, and customer ops teams. Altogether with 40+ (and growing) curious, smart, ambitious, and easy-going people: the gang.
What we expect from you:
We expect that you will come up with hypotheses for changes based on your observations and current metrics, present proposals for experiments and run them from beginning to end, including documentation and insights on achieved results.

Good communication skills
You will be a trusted advisor for the team when it comes to CRO and experimentation, helping them understand your work and results, assisting them with improving various stages of customer journey and business metrics. Your work will also depend on other teams enabling it for you: developers and content creators
You know which metrics are important for business and what experiments should we run to improve them.
Proficient knowledge of CRO (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize or similar) and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Smartlook, LogRocket).
UX and Design experience
You recognize what might confuse users, how to present information clearly, and how to improve interfaces, communication, and messaging.
2+ years of CRO experience (SaaS experience will be an advantage)
