Head of Performance Marketing (10.000 zł - 16.000 zł netto +VAT)

Job description

Here at Survicate, we’re looking for a hands-on Head of Demand Generation with a background in B2B SaaS products focused on English-speaking countries. Your mission is to create and execute the strategy for all paid campaigns, starting with PPC. You will be the owner of all budgets for paid advertising. You will have the opportunity to hire your own team. You will work with other internal and external teams to execute the strategy. Overall, you are the owner of all aspects of acquiring new customers through paid tactics and our fate is in your hands :)

Requirements

  • 3+ years in senior demand generation roles or similar

  • Experience executing demand generation tactics for a B2B SaaS company focused on English speaking countries

  • A track record of results achieved through demand generation tactics

  • Expert knowledge of planning, executing and optimizing PPC campaigns

  • Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth of traffic, sign-ups, and new customers through paid channels

  • Deliver and execute the demand generation strategy

  • Create ads and funnels for paid campaigns

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns

  • Manage and expand the demand generation team

  • Manage external teams like agencies or freelancers

  • Partner with the Head of SEO to align the paid and organic activities

  • Implement processes and automation around demand generation

  • Implement and maintain demand generation related tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience using intent platforms such as G2 and Capterra

  • Experience doing re-marketing

  • Experience in using paid ads on Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms to distribute content

  • Experience with other platforms for B2B demand generation (metadata.io , bombora.com and others)
