Partner Marketing Manager (8.000 - 12.000 zł netto+VAT)

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS products. In this role, you'll manage our technology partnerships and partner programs (Affiliate and Referral). You’ll join our growing Product Marketing squad and collaborate closely with the Product, Sales, Customer, and Marketing teams. Your main objective will be to develop and execute partner marketing plans and programs that drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to bring new integrations and partnerships to market
  • Develop and execute a partner marketing plan that drives continuous growth
  • Manage our technology partnerships, from building new ones to executing joint marketing initiatives
  • Grow our partner programs that incentivize and reward partners for promoting our tool, including managing our Partner Portal (partner tiers, rewards, payouts, enablement resources)
  • Develop and execute regular communication and enablement campaigns to keep partners engaged and informed about new features and opportunities
  • Collect continuous feedback from our partners and keep an eye on the competition and market dynamics
  • Be a product and integrations expert who knows the use cases in detail
  • Track and report on the success of our technology partnerships and partner programs, and use data and metrics to optimize our partner plan over time

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, partnerships, or a related field, preferably at a B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing technology partnerships and/or developing and executing successful partner programs that drive growth
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Great copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making and prioritization
  • Familiar with marketing tactics (integrated marketing campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, and others)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (native or C2)

  • Familiarity with user research, user experience, or survey tools similar to Survicate

  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, or similar platforms
